Candidates will be responsible for the following:
Being the voice of the customer through various communication channels
Working through the life-cycle of an order via software tools
Finding solutions that leave the customer in a happier place
Qualifications Include:
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience in a customer care environment
A passion for technology, telecommunications and providing a phenomenal customer experience
Outstanding multitasking capabilities, and customer experience chat skills
Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
A flexible schedule for Customer Care 24-hour support, Sunday to Saturday
