Description:
Support employer's worksite within assigned accounts/territory to build relationships with employers' benefits personnel and provide dedicated support and problem resolution in order to expedite accurate billing statements and make corrections or adjustments to the billing if warranted.
Also assist employees of the employer with filing claims and answering questions.Support sales representatives and sales managers in providing quality Customer service and products to employers and their employees within assigned accounts/territory.
Provide support and training at the employers' worksite to employers' benefits personnel to maximize understanding and utilization of American Fidelity's online administrative services and products Travel required to employer groups 10 to 20%- Colleague will be provided with a company car, gas card, and credit card.
NOTE:
company car may be used personally within their home area up to 150 miles
