Front Desk Associate (Art School) (Part-Time)

Part time assistants work up to 20 hours per week and helps assist in the school lobby with all needs related to new and current member services as well as through off site assistance at local events and information distribution.

• Assist in all phone and in person inquires from members and prospective members at the front desk
• Support in opening / closing of the school
• Conduct tours of One River School for prospective members
• Send emails to the customers
• Onboard new students to appropriate classes and introduce members to their instructors and the facility
• Make sure all students are picked up by their parents/guardians after class in a timely manner
• Reach parents/guardians of any students who are dismissed from class for any reason
• Process new student enrollments, cancellations and requests
• Assist the instructors and staff in any other needs related to customer service, enrollment, design, marketing etc.
• Distribute rack cards seasonally (August, January, March)

-Background in art preferred

Job Types: Part-time, Temporary, Internship

Pay: $10.00 - $15.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 4 hour shift
• 8 hour shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Frisco, TX 75033: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

• Microsoft Powerpoint: 1 year (Preferred)
• Microsoft Excel: 1 year (Preferred)
