We are seeking a Field Service Engineer Level I to join our team! You will resolve server, storage and network – related issues for the Federal Government to include onsite troubleshooting and installations of new devices.

Responsibilities
- Provide technical assistance with computer hardware and software
- Resolve issues for clients via phone
- Recommend hardware and software improvements
- Track customer issues and resolutions
- Travel to customer locations
Qualifications
- 3 years previous experience in IT support
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
- Positive and professional demeanor
- Professional at home office environment
- US Citizen
Highly Recommended Qualifications
- CompTIA A ; CompTIA Network ; CompTIA Server ; CompTIA Security ;
- Datacenter work within IRS datascenters
- Active Government Clearance
Work Conditions or Additional Requirements
- This position of Field Engineer requires the ability to lift upto 50lbs and upto 100lbs with assistance. Field Engineers will be required to be in a 24x7x365 standby rotation and able to travel to and from client sites with a reliable vehicle.
