Job Description

I am actively recruiting for a well-respected law firm in Southern Connecticut. The firm is looking for a business litigation and/or land use and real estate attorney.

The right candidate will have substantial experience in state and federal courts, as well as resolving disputes in alternative dispute resolution settings and before administrative boards. The firm s focus is on obtaining the best results efficiently, strategically and economically to serve the goals of clients.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of experience in business litigation and/or land use & real estate law.
• Independently handle court appearances, depositions, briefs, and trials.
• Work as part of a team with all experience levels.
• Perform routine communication with clients.
• Cultivate relationships with the firm's existing and future clients.
• Licensed in CT.
