*** This is a Fully Remote Position for currently licensed Property & Casualty Insurance Agents living in the greater Chicago Metroplex ***

SUMMARY

At D&W Agency, we are one of the fastest growing established Allstate Agents in the Greater Houston market with offices in Spring, Kingwood, and Katy, TX.

We've grown exponentially since we started in 2015, up to a team of nearly 30 people across Texas and even in other states. We have big goals and need people who are ready to think and win big.

We are looking for driven, focused, team oriented Sales Producers and Customer Service Representatives to help expand our fun and fast-paced team.

Requirements

• Property & Casualty license is required
• Skilled sales experience and passion required
• Insurance experience and knowledge required
• Experience/deep knowledge of Allstate or similar products preferred but not required
• Demonstrated successful track record of meeting sales goals and quotas required
