The Nurse Manager of Critical Care will report directly to the Director of Critical Care. The Nurse Manager of Critical Care will also have a large scope of support. The Nurse Manager of Critical Care will be supported by over 20 of some of the most experienced staff RN-s, Nurse Managers, Nurse Supervisors, techs, and more.
The Nurse Manager of Critical Care will utilize their 5+ years of nursing leadership experience to run the large Critical Care Unit fiscally, operationally, and administratively correct. The Nurse Manager of Critical Care must be able to create an environment that promotes growth of staff.
