Product Marketing Manager
The Role
We are looking for our first Product Marketing Manager to play a pivotal role in shaping how we present our product offerings to prospects and current customers. This role has the ability to impact several marketing programs and our customer life cycle. Ideal candidates will be data-driven and not afraid to roll up their sleeves to execute.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate on the go-to-market strategy to include content and positioning aspects.
- Develop a continuous flow of communication between the product, marketing, support, and sales teams.
- Speak directly to our customers to capture content for both messaging and case studies. Collect user feedback through calls, surveys, and raw data collection.
- Collaborate with the software development team to distill key functionality and benefits for upcoming features and services into product marketing messages.
- Develop sales enablement collateral and product support at each stage of the sales funnel.
- Conduct user, market, and competitive research to better understand and evangelize market trends and apply key learnings to the product roadmap and marketing strategy.
- Own product messaging, positioning, and all launch activities, including internal readiness, beta programs, documentation, and content.
- Assist with planning and launch of new product offerings, capabilities, and releases. Use customer insights to help inform the product roadmap.
- Lead strategic initiatives to drive new customer adoption and help existing customers get more value from our product offerings.

What You’ll Have
- 4 years of product marketing experience- technical product marketing, hosting, cloud, BSB, SaaS experience preferred.
- Bachelors in business or marketing.
- Very strong written communication and presentation skills.
- Demonstrated ability to understand and communicate technical and/or complex concepts through multiple media channels.
- Self-starter mentality capable of effectively managing and prioritizing multiple projects.
- Ability to create clear and compelling messaging.
- Analytical thinker and experience with data-driven marketing.
- Experience with CRM tools like Active Campaign, HubSpot, or Copper.
