    TheTechnical Recruiterwill be responsible for taking the assigned leads provided by our sourcing team and attractprospects to client and candidate advertisements through video, phone, email, and text outreach.

    Additional Responsibilities:

    • Schedule screening and interviews through Google Calendar
    • Point of contact for all candidate and client communication
    • Provide project management and direction to your sourcing team
    • Administrative tasks in Asana to track all prospects and opportunities
    • Conduct up to a 30-minute phone or video screening calls with prospective candidates and/or clients

    Production + Performance:

    • Recruit 50+ prospects per day at a minimum provided by our sourcing team
    • Must successfully place at minimum 3 candidates per quarter
    • SuccessfulTechnical Recruiterapplicants will be extremely camera-friendly, have examples of recorded videos to share, and must be willing to accept rejection and keep improving towards the ultimate goal of a successful hire.

      Additional Qualifications:

      ✅ Ability to work in Eastern Standard Time (EST)

      ✅ You must possess superior written and verbal communication skills

      ✅ You must have a laptop and/or desktop with a working webcam and microphone.

      ✅ You must be able to accept payment via TransferWise (Wise)or through a US Bank account.

      ✅ You must have access to uninterrupted high-speed Internet
