About Our Client

My client is a well-known general contractor headquartered in St. Louis with local projects in the area and a strong presence. They pride themselves in offering support both in house and in the field. They are currently averaging right around $100M in annual revenue, and have grown substantially in just the last few years. Due to this growth, they are in need of more leadership in their St. Louis operation. The work that they do will be in a variety of sectors but primarily the light industrial, distribution, Commercial, and interior spaces. They like to promote internally and have clear cut growth plans for their employees but given their recent growth and long-term vision, they are in need of additional leaders at the mid-senior level. They have a competitive benefits package, not to mention a positive work environment culture that has established long-term happiness and growth for their employees. They are one of the leading minority firms in St. Louis.
