We are currently hiring an Associate Director, Global Executive Talent Acquisition professional at our Fort Worth, Texas location who will lead and deliver executive level recruiting for senior director and above talent at Alcon. This leader will be responsible for closely partnering with ELT and HREC members on key hiring initiatives/talent mappings around the world to attract the best talent to Alcon at the executive level. Lead multiple internal stakeholders across various business functions through key search stages (identification, assessment, selection, and executive onboarding) as to best support global executive search efforts. Lead sourcing efforts in support of building external talent pipelines aligned with identified, time-bound critical capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit for executive leaders within the Alcon organization. "Executive" is defined Senior Director level talent and above and business-critical ELT-reporting roles.
- Partner with key business leaders in retaining executive search and selection, talent mapping, brokering, assessments, and vital systems to ensure the ongoing delivery of qualified executive talent pools.
- Internally collaborate and engage closely with ELT-level hiring managers, HR leadership, Compensation & Benefits, CC&T, Legal, Communications, IT, D&I, Global Mobility, Procurement, etc.
- Provide counsel and subject matter expertise on executive search processes, practices, and results to leaders and managers globally.
- Excellent influencing skills and strong leadership capability to grow and develop teams.
- Experience working with cross functional and cross divisional teams.
- Excellent presentation, negotiation, and communication skills, and must have the ability to interface professionally with a wide spectrum of internal and external stakeholders.
- Bachelor's Degree or Equivalent years of directly related experience (or high school+15 yrs; Assoc.+11 yrs; M.S.+4 yrs; PhD+3 yrs)
- The ability to fluently read, write, understand and communicate in English
- 7 Years of Relevant Experience
- Work hours: Standard, Monday - Friday
