The Surveillance & Network Systems (SNS) organization at Raytheon Intelligence & Space provides the joint warfighter with actionable information from an unblinking eye across the battlespace. By joining our SNS Engineering team you’ll have the opportunity to design, develop and test product capabilities for Active Electronically Scanned Array (AESA) radars, integrated sensor suites, precision targeting, multispectral EO/IR targeting systems, Pilot Situational Awareness, Special mission aircraft and Strategic and tactical ISR Systems.

Our Special Mission Aircraft Engineering Team has an immediate opportunity for an Integration & Verification/Validation (IV&V) Systems Engineer on an advanced airborne Sensor program.  The IV&V Systems Engineer will perform software and hardware integration, verification, and validation activities for a state-of-the-art airborne sensor system. Work location is Oklahoma City, Oklahoma.

You’re highly skilled:

10+ years of professional experience with integration, verification, and validation of large system of system solutions – including impromptu requirements analysis

Leadership of cross disciplinary/regional teams.  Direct execution: planning, running equipment, physical installation, or troubleshoot

Breadth and depth of multi-disciplinary knowledge with experience in mechanical, electrical (primarily in RF systems), software, and system engineering

Understanding of IP networking concepts and implementation

Experience integrating and assessing performance of EOIR, RADAR, SIGINT, and RF Communications systems on flight platforms

Programing in Windows and Linux environments for embedded systems

Create tools for data capture and analyses in Matlab, LabView, C/C+, C#, Python, and Java

Troubleshooting COTS and custom hardware and software interfaces

Occasional International Travel

U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position will require the ability to access US only data systems.

Requires the ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. security clearance. U.S. Citizenship is required as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance

Required Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a STEM discipline such as Systems, Electrical, Optical, Physics, Mathematics or a related discipline.  Related advanced degree is preferred but not required

Master degree in a related STEM discipline such as Systems, Electrical, Optical, Physics, Mathematics, or a related discipline
