Sr Business Analyst Locations: Remote Long Term Role and Responsibilities: Work closely with business to understand, document requirement for the application. Understand and identify any feature gaps between the requirements and what the application already supports.
Document new feature requirement in specific and consistent format. Onboarding new users, providing training in the application. Create and maintain features and stories in JIRA.
Participating in backlog management and prioritization. Act as a scrum master for the team, exercise and implement all scrum activities. Dependency management and coordination with peer application teams in the organization.
Validate and approve test results in pre-production environments. Conduct user demos and user training sessions. Provide weekly status update and team metrics to management.
Requirements: Proficient in Scrum activities. Maintain on-going communication with customers, keeping them up-to-date with the progress of partner. Excellent written and verbal communication skills and a friendly disposition.
Able to communicate technical matters to technical and non-technical audiences. Knowledge and experience in media domain will be preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills.
Excellent communication and coordination skills. Experience as BA for 10-12 years years with a mid-size team of 4-6 people. Experience with Agile software development process.
Familiarity with SAFe is bonus. Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or relevant field A team player Work efficiently in a remote environment. Ability to maintain focus in a high-pressure environment.
