You work with various people on behalf of our clients, such as health care providers, patients, pharmacists, and medical office personnel. Trained on multiple client programs, you transition between various ones throughout your day. You both receive incoming inquires and reach out by phone, email, or chat, always delivering the exceptional contact center services that we are known for. Whether participating in a clinical trial or trying to locate a pharmacy that has a new drug, you understand that it can be stressful and always show the utmost empathy.You have the knowledge and resources necessary to resolve most questions on your own and support from your team is always available. In any case, you know how to make sure that clients always know that they are in good hands and you truly care. With your professionalism and superior listening skills, you turn every interaction into a positive one. You keep accurate and detailed documentation about all your communication with clients.
