  • Ensure existing and future company technology solutions are well architected, as well as fit for purpose/fit for use

  • Build out technology related programs, processes, and practices, standard operating procedures and standard operating guidelines, and inform our Technology roadmap

  • Collaborate with Product, Data, Engineering and other functional team leadership, to ensure we're creating integrated solutions and avoiding duplication or tech sprawl across our technology solutions

What you'll need:

    • 5-7 years of experience in a Technology Architect, Enterprise Architect, or similar role

  • Strong business acumen; ability to identify business-based needs, identify relevant technology solutions, and partner with other Technology teams (Systems Admin, Business Analysis, Technology Operations, etc) to accomplish them

  • Technical competence using software programs, including, but not limited to, Google Suite for business (Sheets, Docs, Slides), low/no-code tools such as Coda or Airtable, JIRA, Hubspot, and ZenDesk

  • Broad knowledge of different technical skillsets from a business perspective (systems admin, business analysis, etc)

  • Ability to collaborate and consider different approaches; you can talk through potential short-comings and trade-offs in the fast approach (relative to scale, performance, error handling, security, etc.) and how they would be solved more generally

Who you are:

  • Drives Results. Has a strong bottom-line orientation. Persists in accomplishing objectives despite obstacles and setbacks.
