What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced GTM Operations professional to support all aspects of our Americas Sales function. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of developing and implementing go-to-market strategies, the ability to lead teams and set up operational structures that drive predictable quarterly results, the ability to develop deep business partnering relationships within all levels of Sales and a keen eye on developing and using go-to-market analytics to help drive quality decision making. We are looking for someone that can think strategically yet manage daily operational details.

What will you do?

  • Be the leader for all Revenue Operations activities for our Americas Sales geography
  • Set up and lead our operational cadence to ensure all aspects of our business is being inspected and managed including pipeline reviews, forecast inspection, tactical quarter end business reviews and interpreting other key Sales KPIs for our Sales leadership team
  • Understand all aspects of our Global Revenue Operations strategies, approaches and policies and drive local adoptions and adherence
  • Build, hire and lead an Operations team to support a fast growing Americas Sales organization
  • Work with Sales leadership and global Sales Operations to design and operationalize the Americas GTM Strategy through the Annual Operating Plan. Develop and execute business plans including territory designs, headcount plans, booking targets, discount and pricing goals
  • Lead the Americas forecast processes, ensuring accurate data has been provided and timelines have been met; provide quality analytics to the viability of the forecast and pipeline strength
  • Be the first line of assistance to the Sales Leaders for issues with systems and processes such as pipeline management, quoting, pricing, etc. and liaison with global Sales Operations to make ongoing improvements and updates
  • Work closely with Revenue Operations leadership to develop key analytics that are aligned to the global KPIs but are localized for the needs of our Sales teams
  • Ensure processes and systems are effective and efficient and changes are properly communicated to the field to ensure our teams can be as productive as possible
  • Drive continuous process improvements as the business matures, elevating concerns and issues to Revenue Operations leadership and developing solutions to allow for scale in everything we do

What will you bring?

  • 10 - 12 years of experience in Sales, Revenue or Field Operations building and leading Operational teams
  • Ability to influence Sales teams and build strong collaborative relationships across multiple functions
  • Ability to listen to the needs of the Sales, problem solve to find quality solutions and escalate as needed to corporate
  • Self motivated and the ability to show initiative and follow through on tasks and assignments
  • Proven analytical ability to take disparate datasets and turning it into insightful analytics including developing messaging, visualization of data and executive level presentations
  • Strong verbal and written skills with an emphasis on the ability to summarize and translate complex needs of the field
  • Ability to run multiple activities and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced start-up environment
  • The ability to think and behave strategically yet the ability to delve into details when appropriate
  • Bachelor degree in Finance, Management, Technology or Economics; MBA a plus
  • Required experience with G-Suite, Salesforce.com, Clari and Excel modeling; experience with advanced business analytics tools (like Tableau) a plus
