We are a multi-award-winning digital marketing company with offices in the US and Australia is searching for a driven, high-performing Paid Social Performance Director to help it expand its market and accelerate its US Paid Social team.

The Paid Social Performance Director, who reports to the Head of Paid Social, is in charge of managing the performance of all Paid Social Platforms, including but not limited to Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, and LinkedIn, as well as managing the account team and fostering strategic growth.

This position includes ownership, independence in decision-making, and collaborative internal strategy planning to guarantee our continued growth as a group and as a business. The team's performance, strategy, growth, and performance of several clients and accounts will fall under the purview of the Paid Social Performance Director.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Responsible for overall clients performance and hit goals
  • Existing clients revenue growth
  • Developing and support on monthly, quarterly and yearly forecast creation
  • Collaborate, oversee, develop and mentor the Paid Social team to drive strategy, optimization, implementation and reporting (tech and soft skills)
  • Manage team operations and execution (e.g. budget pacing, optimization, campaign set up, processes)
  • Monitor, develop and ensure team and account processes are adhered to
  • Oversee team management, training and development
  • Owner of existing clients media owner relationships with Account Managers, guarantee we are getting the right level of support and using all available resources efficiently
  • Lead and represent the Paid Social team with communications with clients and vendors
  • Oversee overall performance and KPIs across multiple brands and accounts. Monitor account profitability, reporting and forecasting
  • Though will work with specialists to execute, will need to have the ability and skills to be able to make changes in accounts when required
  • Collaborate with other teams e.g. Accounts, Search to align and achieve clients business goals
  • Overseeing team profitability and resources, soft P&L management
  • New businesses support when required
What You Need for this Position

Min. 6-7 years or more experience on Paid Social Marketing (Meta, TikTok, LInkedIn, Pinterest and Snapchat)

Min. 3+ years or more experience managing and running Paid Social Performance activity across different industries/verticals (Revenue, ROAS, CPA and customer acquisition focused)
  • Experience managing Paid Social Website and App campaigns with performance goals
  • Managing Catalog Sales campaigns with high level understanding of product feed
  • Conversion Tracking experience with platforms Native Pixels, Floodlight, Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics
  • Highly proficient with Meta, TikTok and LinkedIn Ads Manager. SnapChat and Pinterest would be preferred
  • Experience and knowledge using Google Analytics to interpret data & insights
  • Highly experienced managing multiple campaigns across several clients and verticals
  • Experience managing and optimizing medium to large spend accounts
  • Ability to perform full account audits and recommend optimization strategies, tactics and recommendations
  • Highly experienced in understanding creative impact and importance on performance, able to audit creative performance and draw recommendations and insights to inform clients - creative production
  • Proven track record running Paid Social Performance campaigns at scale to achieve business growth goals
  • Experience working with financial data, forecasting performance and budget
  • Experience developing of monthly, quarterly and yearly forecasts
  • Up to date on the latest Paid Social features, strategies, technologies, update & Media owners offerings
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Thrive in fast-paced environments and are ready to succeed
  • Developing, strengthen and maintenance of media owners relationships with our desiccated Accounts Managers, i.e. Meta, TikTok
