Description
- Lead cross-functional teams to support RFI and RFP proposal response development, and technical solution design, develop staffing levels, and create basis-of-estimates for solution.
- Develop an understanding of what it takes to win an opportunity acting as the voice of the customer.
- Build a strong customer value proposition into proposal development at every step, from planning to execution.
- Partners with each Solution Lead to architect, design and implement solutions.
- Architect, design and develop both proof of concepts (POCs) and actual solutions.
- Partner across the organization to design operations for RFPs.
- Support implementations for new contracts.
- Presents solutions to Executive Team.
- Interfaces across multiple service areas to ensure that the appropriate capabilities, performance, speed to market, and cost characteristics are accounted for in the solution.
- Acts as an internal consultant, advocate, mentor and change agent.
- Bachelor's degree in clinical, allied health, business, public health, public administration, hospital administration, or nursing required.
- Master's degree preferred.
- Ability to lead complex initiatives, work across the organization and leadership.
- Ability to take a strategy or idea and make it reality through project definition, planning, and execution.
- Ability to diagnose and solve problems, good analytical skills, good writing skills.
- Willingness to roll-up sleeves and do whatever it takes to make KEPRO successful - contract deliverables, project planning, process development, requirements writing, presentations, training, etc.
- Growth minded / enterprise minded / financial acumen.
- End-to-end thinker - i.e. - what needs to happen to make this initiative successful.
- Adaptable to multiple types of project(s) / ability to prioritize and run more than one project at the same time.
- Naturally inclined toward process improvement and desire to improve every situation.

- Operations building, cross-enterprise leadership, product launch and management, project management, business analysis, process improvement, consulting.
- Health plan operations, medical management, healthcare start-up, services experience.
- Implementation of state, federal, and / or commercial contracts.
- Experience with medical management programs desired.
- Federal implementation (WBS / IMS) experience desired.
