Job Location: REMOTE
Salary: $200k-$220k base + Market rate assessments for pay increases every 6 mo. + Equity options + Flexible PTO + Comprehensive Health Benefits + 401k with up to 4% Match

You will be responsible for helping develop and implement that engineering team strategy while managing 2 US-based & global teams. In this position, you will help with creating standardization within the startup, and helping push products to effectively do their job.

- 3-10+ yrs of Engineering Management experience (open to Sr. level, as well)
- Both US-based AND international contractor vendor management experience

- Experience with any of these technologies: Typescript, Node, Hapi, C#, PHP, Angular, React, Terraform, AWS, Docker, Chef
