Morgan Stanley & Co., LLC seeks a Director in South Jordan, Utah
Perform due diligence for payments being released, providing a centralized and controlled environment. Responsible for cash disbursement, payment edits, physical check processing, free-format SWIFT message processing, same day suspense cash receipt processing, and OFAC/AML sanctions review in regards to cash payments. Responsible for stakeholder management. Ensure all policies, procedures, functions, and processes are adhered to and are globally consistent. Lead various operational initiatives to mitigate risk, enhance controls, and improve processes. Perform critical business management functions, including resource utilization reporting, functional knowledge of depth charts, business continuity reporting and test requirements, and metrics and risk reporting. Assist in oversight of other regional Cash Management teams as needed, and work with a team of Analysts and Associates. Participate in necessary global projects and initiatives.

Requirements:
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years of experience as a Transaction Screening Associate, Liquidity Management Associate, Cash Transaction Services Analyst, or related occupation in the financial services field. Requires five (5) years of experience with: Free Format Swift Messaging; OFAC/AML Sanctions and Terrorist Financing; Internal Key Stakeholder Management; External agent bank stakeholder management; Risk management; Liquidity Management; External agent bank payment booking models; and Internal payment booking systems, exception/control management, and payment remediation. Requires two (2) years of experience with: General accounting methods for liquidity management reconciliation; and Corporate treasury process for funding internal accounts.
