Job Description - IT Tech
Key responsibilities within the role:
· Serving as the first point of contact for IT support within the organization
· Installing, configuring and maintaining software and hardware components of computer and network systems
· Diagnosing and troubleshooting software and hardware issues
· Supporting people whenever they encounter challenges with computers and network devices
· Maintaining and updating technical documentation regularly
· Testing new hardware and software before full-scale installation
Experience Requirements
· 2+ years of Support Experience
· Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical discipline
The successful candidate will possess the following skills:
· Be friendly and approachable with effective communication skills
· Have a genuine concern for quality, striving to do an excellent job, as an individual and a team member
· A passion for IT, ideally with a support experience
· The ability to multitask, prioritize jobs and be proactive
· Documentable knowledge of computer software and hardware
· Microsoft Office 365, Azure AD and Windows 10/11
· Microsoft Windows Server 2012/2016/2019
· Experience with RF scanners & Barcode printers
· Experience with Cisco Switches\Wireless AP’s
· On-call hours as needed
Relevant IT Certifications (preferred)
· Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA)
· CompTIA A+ Technician
· CompTIA Network+
· Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP)
· Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer (MCSE)
Roles may change and salary may be negotiated based upon experience.

Pay: $52,390.00 - $57,599.00 per year
