Marketing - Kabbage s Marketing team is a close-knit group that supports teams across the organization in pursuit of one goal: connecting small businesses with the financial solutions they need to grow. We re responsible for building brand awareness, acquiring customers and increasing their lifetime value. We make sure our press outreach, advertising, emails, and social media support our customers and partners and tell a cohesive Kabbage story.
Operations - Kabbage s Servicing Team manages the systems that keep the company s operational teams up and running. We work across all of Kabbage s financial products to support sales, marketing, customer service, collections, risk, and other teams and ensure that they have the tools they need to grow the business and deliver the best experiences to Kabbage customers.
UX & Product - You ll be working alongside product designers, content strategists and product managers aimed to provide small businesses with the financial tools they need to enhance their cash flow. The team is highly collaborative, passionate, fast-paced and customer-focused.
Data Science Our data scientists are focused on building the models that make our platform run. You would work alongside machine learning experts, analytical creatives, and data gurus.
Skills/Experience
Takes a project from ideation to delivery. Able to prioritize in ambiguous situations.

Utilizes sound interpersonal skills to navigate in a cross-functional setup.
Analyze operations for sales team and identify problem areas
Collaborate with engineers to develop solutions
Earn stakeholder buy-in and incorporate solutions into product roadmap
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Analytical skills: Likes learning and learns quickly.
For Data Science:
Experience with one or more database querying tools (SQL, R, Python, PySpark)
Experience with analytical tools and visualization software (e.g., Tableau, Looker)
Educational Requirements
Currently enrolled in full-time Graduate degree program
Students must have a graduation date between December 2023 and June 2024
