Growth Marketing Manager - App Store Optimization (La Puente)

What you'll Do:

Leverage data, customer and competitive insights, and industry-leading ASO practices to deliver compelling user experiences that power performance.

Design and implement product discovery and optimization experiments across keyword, metadata, creative, in-app event, and custom product pages using quantitative (A/B tests) and qualitative research inputs.

Prioritize and execute against targeted geos, providing localized experiences for our global audience.

Prioritize (and re-prioritize) work against roadmap, resolve issues and mitigate risks through deep customer empathy and understanding of core app store performance drivers.

Assess and report on the results of initiatives against key performance indicator targets.

Consistently ensure that product positioning is best attracting our target audience within current market conditions to grow Share of Voice.

The ideal candidate:

Has 4+ years of global ASO or related experience in an analytical marketing function (ex. search, SEO, mobile user acquisition, etc.), focused on growing mobile audiences - or is eager to be an industry leading authority on mobile growth.

Is experienced in A/B testing techniques for keyword, creative, and using data driven insights analysis to drive consistent business results.

Has excellent communication skills. Ability to succinctly communicate results and tell compelling stories with data.

Is experienced with App Store Optimization tools such as App Annie, AppTweak, and Sensor Tower.

Is a self-starter who is results driven, pairs a high attention to detail with follow-through, and has proven success working cross-functionally with partners and executives.

Has the ability to craft clear, compelling recommendations supported by strong analysis and business logic, and articulate them to the organization to gain support for recommendations.
