- You are a steadfast and collaborative recruitment professional, seeking to build and strengthen relationships with creative talent and external clients.
- 1+ years of staffing experience required. (open to a blend of staffing and corporate experience)
- Creative staffing experience preferred. (Creative roles ie: graphic design, UI/UX, etc.)
- Excellent communication, interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
- A strong work ethic with a desire to succeed.

- Must thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Interest and experience working in the staffing or creative industries are a plus.
- Must be comfortable and have experience in a metrics-driven environment.
- Bachelor's degree, or equivalent recruitment experience preferred.
