An insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Benefits Specialist.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

Assisting with overall administration of benefits and programs, including 401K

Performing monthly invoice reconciliations for various insurance vendors

Ensuring the accuracy of all benefits enrollments in the benefits administration system

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

5+ years of work experience in the field of benefits
Clear understanding of benefits programs
Must be customer focused and driven to provide outstanding customer experience to employee base
Must be detailed-oriented
Excellent communication skills
High School Diploma or equivalent
