The team is hiring Field Engineers to work in LA, TX, and OK. Successful Field Engineers have multiple career track opportunities within BJ Energy Solutions. If you want to jump-start your Engineering career apply now to talk to our Field Engineering Manager.
Our Field Engineers undergo a rotational field program where they learn all aspects of our business to deliver a superior product to our clients. The schedule is typically two weeks of work followed by one week off. While working, you will be onsite at field locations throughout the United States (currently Louisiana, Texas, and Oklahoma). Your mentor and our operations leaders will be your on-the-job trainers.
Work on equipment no one else in the Oilfield has. BJ makes your job easier by having half the equipment on location compared to most of our competitors, and our equipment is brand new and well-maintained.
Less equipment on location = fewer materials = more room to work = safer work environment.
Company-paid training, 401k match up to 6%, Bonuses, 14/7 schedule, Excellent Health Benefit Options, Career Development, and more.
