The Rentals team is focused on growing this marketplace, streaming the overall experience and creating innovative monetization products. This role is a great opportunity to make a large impact and deliver significant outcomes.

Zillow is looking for an experienced, highly motivated Senior Product Manager to lead growth initiatives that will expand our multifamily family rentals marketplace. This high-impact role will be a key contributor to our team's growth strategy and will drive important objectives that fuel our marketplace while increasing value for our partners.

A successful candidate for this role will have substantial business knowledge, a passion to apply data to inform decision-making combined with creative problem solving, strong written and verbal communication skills, and an exceptional proficiency in product management principles to guide teams in achieving growth goals.

What you'll do

Develop a vision, strategy and roadmap for our pay for performance product offering based on a deep understanding of the needs of our enterprise partner segment Develop, test and scale monetization strategies to grow our multifamily rentals marketplace.

Collaboratively guide cross-functional teams to establish and complete key OKRs; lead and own the financial P&L for products we offer to our enterprise partner segment, which accounts for a large share of US rental inventory.

Apply a data-driven and customer-centric approach to evaluate product success, test new hypotheses, and scale initiatives to achieve partner success and product-market fit.

Collaborate cross-functionally across the organization to prioritize and complete the most impactful work against company OKRs.

Work closely with sales and operation teams to create innovative solutions for the multifamily marketplace.

Excited by data, measuring success in product changes, estimating impact, and making a real difference in the world. Experienced with translating customer feedback and strategic product goals

Exhibit outstanding time management and interpersonal skills to ensure project alignment across diverse business partners working 100% remotely.

This role has been categorized as a Remote position. Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the Company. Employees may live in any of the 50 US States, with limited exceptions. In certain cases, an employee in a remote-designated job may need to live in a specific region or time zone to support customers or clients as part of their role.

In Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City the standard base pay range for this role is $137,100.00 - $218,900.00 Annually. This base pay range is specific to Colorado, Connecticut, Nevada and New York City and may not be applicable to other locations.

In addition to a competitive base salary this position is also eligible for equity awards based on factors such as experience, performance and location. Actual amounts will vary depending on experience, performance and location.

Qualifications

7+ years proven experience guiding and motivating cross-functional teams to achieve significant business outcomes for your organization with measurable business impact.

Excellent written communication skills; ability to share complex messages concisely to diverse audiences in the form of written plans, product requirements, and user stories.

Strong executive presence and verbal presentation skills.

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business administration, engineering, economics or equivalent.

Experience in online marketplaces, real estate, advertising or similar industry.
