Technical Recruiter
The Foth Companies is currently seeking a team-focused, innovative, and results-oriented Technical Recruiter who is looking for new learning experiences, opportunities for career growth, and a desire to contribute to our clients' success. This position will be based out of our Green Bay, WI location.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage full-cycle activities to recruit and select engineers, scientists, technicians, and other professionals to include candidate sourcing, recruiting, interviewing, selecting, negotiating, and on-boarding
- Proactively identify and implement innovative sourcing methods and strategies (e.g., networking, cold calling, conducting complex internet research, attending conferences, trades shows), with a critical focus on identifying, attracting, and developing a high-quality pipeline of passive candidates
- Collaborate effectively with members at all levels of our organization to drive the success of our referral program
- Maintain knowledge of the competitive landscape/industry trends, as well as market indicators which affect the recruitment of top talent; recommend actions needed and respond accordingly
- Differentiate Foth within talent market, generating qualified candidates, and resulting in "first choice" position for high-level talent
- Ensure a positive experience, consistent with Foth's employment brand, is created for all candidates
- Develop and maintain relationships with outside recruiting partners; establish and communicate expectations to drive results
- Demonstrate a broad understanding of employment laws and best practices in human resources recruitment processes and be accountable for ensuring recruitment activities are compliant
- Seek ways to proactively enhance and deliver excellent customer service to hiring leadership and team members in our results-oriented, matrix organization
- Travel as required to Foth local offices, job sites, career fairs, and related recruiting events
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in related field or combination of post-high school education and additional related experience
- Minimum five years of direct, full-cycle recruitment experience with a variety of organizational levels and competencies, including technical professional level positions
- Experience devising and proactively executing a variety of innovative strategic sourcing techniques
- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Candidate Management Systems (CMS)
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Previous experience recruiting engineers and scientists in a professional services environment
- Established network in the engineering/scientific community
- Familiarity with Lever ATS + CRM
- Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter &
