IT FIELD DESKTOP ENGINEER
Downtown Dallas, TX
Our national real estate client is in need of a Level 3 Helpdesk/Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer for an open-ended contract. The IT Field Desktop Engineer will occasionally travel to client sites for network troubleshooting and network installations.

Our national real estate client is in need of a Level 3 Helpdesk/Level 1 Desktop Support Engineer for an open-ended contract. The IT Field Desktop Engineer will occasionally travel to client sites for network troubleshooting and network installations.
What You'll Do:
- Installing computer systems and network
- Maintaining, repairing and upgrading computer systems and network
- Diagnosing and fixing issues with the network and its software, hardware and systems.
- Monitoring systems and networks to enhance performance
- Desktop support duties as required
Skills/Experience You'll Need:
- 6+ years of overall IT Support experience
- 2+ years of Network troubleshooting experience
- Experience installing and troubleshooting network printers
- Experience with power and cabling
- Ability to travel up to 50%
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work independently as needed
