Now hiring a Bilingual Talent Development Specialist in Fort Worth, Texas! Some of the responsibilities of the Talent Development Specialist will be developing and executing strategies to select and hire talented individuals to ensure workforce requirements are met, optimizing various recruitment programs in alignment with business needs, and will be responsible for the management of the company's internal system that creates a bench of top talent.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree, 3-5 years of experience directly related to duties and responsibilities specified OR
Commensurate work experience that is deemed appropriate and acceptable by the hiring manager
Superior verbal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Excellent interpersonal skills
Thorough understanding of recruitment methods
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to prioritize and multi-task daily activities
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm
