Major/Essential Functions
Work in a cooperative manner with other lab members and maintain cordial relationship
Performs scientific research
Contribute to maintenance of equipment, ordering lab supplies, and cleaning and disposal of lab waste
Assists in the preparation of manuscripts, posters, grant applications and IRB/IACUC applications
Occasional Duties
Present results in lab meeting, analyze data, write manuscript for publication
Assists in the preparation of manuscripts, posters, grant applications and IRB/IACUC applications
Required Qualifications
Master's degree or specialized academic training beyond the Bachelor's level in a particular field of science or engineering equivalent to a Master's degree.
Knowledge of modern research practices, the methods, resources, and standards thereof.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in Molecular biology and Virology techniques including experience with the primary cells and mice.
