As a UX/UI Designer you will bring strong visual design skills along with top problem solving skills to collaborate across the Product and Technology teams.
Responsibilities:
Conceptualize original ideas that bring simplicity and user-friendliness to complex design challenges
Use strong visual design skills with thoughtful, problem-solving UX skills and user-centered design principles to lead projects from start to finish across multiple platforms
Establish and promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
Execute design projects from concept to final hand-off to engineering
Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows, and site maps to communicate interaction and design ideas effectively
Stay up to date with design trends, best practices, patterns, new capabilities, etc., and use this knowledge to push the design system forward
Advocate for the user and leverage the latest technologies to innovate and design the best-in-class user experiences while supporting business goals
Perform competitor analysis, consumer analysis, and overall content and structure strategy when needed
Requirements:
3-5 years of proven track record as a successful UX/UI designer
Experience designing for Web, mobile responsive, and native mobile platforms
Strong portfolio is required
A passion for design and usability
Deep knowledge of design systems including Website’s best practices, iOS Human Interface Guidelines and Material Design Guidelines
Understanding and experience with accessibility guidelines
Understanding of motion principles and interaction design
Must have experience with design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Invision, Lucidchart, Photoshop, etc.
A basic understanding of HTML/CSS is a plus
Proven experience in creating wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows and site maps
Ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
Up to date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Strong presentation and documentation skills
Exceptional communication and organizational skills
Experience in or passion for the Healthcare industry is a plus
For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of $65,900 - $109,900, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.
This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
