Sales Development Representative (SDR) (Remote)

WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Own converting inbound leads to qualified scheduled demos for the Account Executives


• Manage your pipeline to meet monthly, quarterly and annual sales development goals


• Collaborate with your Marketing and Sales colleagues


• Conduct research to uncover and qualify prospects


• Engage and provide initial introduction of our solutions to diverse, audiences ranging from HR leaders to Workplace Experience professionals

WHAT YOU'LL NEED

• Strong verbal and written communication skills


• Ability and desire to build strong customer relationships


• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment


• Six months of SDR experience preferred (bonus if it s in a SaaS environment)


• Ability to problem-solve, adapt, and grow quickly as we build our team


• Startup hustle and energy


• B.A. or B.S. strongly preferred
