Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year

Short term disability is currently provided for all employees at the Company’s expense.

Job Details
This position is also responsible for the daily administration of platforms including: Oracle NetSuite, Microsoft SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Automate, Microsoft PowerApps, and Microsoft PowerBI.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher required in relevant field with 2+ years of experience.
- Experience with Microsoft O365 administration, SharePoint Online administration, web administration, user experience & design, user training, wireframing and mockup design, and experience with a variety of automation technologies.
- Proficient in the following platforms:
- Oracle NetSuite
- Suite Flow, Suite Script (Type Script/Java Script), Suite Analytics, Save Searches, Suite Forms, Customer Forms, Suite Reports, Integrations with third party bundles and overall customizations.
- Oracle Suite Commerce.
- Microsoft Power Platform
- PowerApps
- Power Automate
- PowerBI
- Microsoft SharePoint Online
- Microsoft SQL Server (SQL Language)
- SSRS Report writing/maintenance
- Microsoft 365 Admin Center
- Microsoft Visio
- Microsoft SQL Server (SQL Language)
- SSRS Report writing/maintenance
- Strongly preferred NetSuite Administrator Certification.
- Consult on enterprise solutions
- Interview & communicate with stakeholders (requirements gathering, project updates, etc.)
- Prepare presentations and conceptual deliverables for key stakeholders
- Design and implement streamlined business process and automation solutions
- Support project management efforts
- Design, develop and manage technical documentation
- Design, develop and implement training materials and sessions
- Design, implement and manage permissions structures
- Design, implement and manage SharePoint online sites, content, and updates
- Design, implement and manage Oracle NetSuite
- Resolve incidents and escalations via Zendesk related to managed platforms listed within summary
