Position: Manager of Business Development
Purpose: The purpose of this role is to create and implement, manage and measure results for a sustainable business development plan that maintains current business levels, clients and relationships and provides a path to exponential growth for the company. Design and implementation of a business development and growth plan to meet the business goals for revenues and profits annually and beyond. The Manager is responsible for acquiring all resources, both human and others, required to reach the goal and advance the brand. This role encompasses both sales and marketing planning and management.
Duties:
This role involves closing sales, training teams, managing and measuring, reporting and planning and working with the management team to facilitate the desired growth of the organization.
Creation of the sales plan and subsequent marketing plan to support such.
Creation of the budget requirements necessary to reach the goals of the approved plan(s).
Selection of and development of both sales and marketing team members and vendors.
Tracking, measurement and reporting of activities, trends and results integral to the plan.
Participate in the overall company growth planning and efforts on a management team level.
Direct work with each opportunity to design and develop the solution plan and management of the required process from the client/prospect level.
Direct work with the production team to communicate, test and facilitate the solution requirements for each client/project as required.
Research and selection of growth solutions to add new revenue streams, increase existing business and to target new markets for the business.
The basic hours for the position are Monday through Friday from 8am to 5pm at the headquarters located at 4500 S. Wayside Ste 102 Houston TX 77087. This role may require hours outside of this timeframe for events, travel and other activities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $85,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
