  • Insight Global is seeking a Technical Support Analyst to join a large hospital/healthcare system based in South Florida.
  • The Analyst will be responsible for working directly with C level executives (CEO, CNO, COO, CFO, etc.)
  • to ensure their systems, applications and computers are working properly.
  • Instead of a CFO for a hospital submitting a ticket to help desk, they will connect with their allocated Analyst directly.
  • The Analyst will help with issues on their laptop, desktop, phone or Mac. They could help with issues booking a conference room, setting up video/audio for a large presentation, connection to internet, installation of software/application on a computer, or a report not generating correctly.
  • The Analyst could work with the Executive's Assistant or team directly as well.
  • The Analyst should be open to traveling to different MHS locations as needed with the Executive.
  • Minimum Requirements- 5+ years of experience within IT- 3+ years of experience in a Tier 2 Service Desk/Help Desk position- Strong troubleshooting knowledge for phones, laptops (Mac and PC), printers, tablets- Experience with audio/visual technical and equipment support Desired Skills- Background supporting high level executives with a white glove experience (C-Suite for this role)- Open to traveling to different MHS locations (different hospital locations, corporate center)
