CRE Credit Analyst - To 80K - Remote - Job # 2942

Our Florida-based community bank client is seeking to fill a Remote Commercial Real Estate Credit Analyst role. The candidate will perform fundamental credit analysis and conduct due diligence for potential transactions.

This position offers a competitive salary of up to $80K and a full benefits package. (This is a remote position).

CRE Credit Analyst responsibilities include:

• Supporting the institution with analyzing and underwriting high dollar, commercial real estate loans.
• Building financial models and valuation analyses.
• Actively participate in risk identification and risk management.
• Reviewing credit documentation.
• Completing required BSA/AML training and other compliance training as assigned.
• Performing any other related duties as required or assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college with an emphasis in accounting, economics, or corporate finance.
• Eight or more years of credit analyst experience.

• Candidate must possess excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
