Qualifications

  • 4 + years of high-level support experience in a fast-paced, enterprise, mission-based software environment

  • Core skills/competencies include Technical Prowess, Relationship Management, Data Analysis, Problem Solving, and overall Technical Curiosity

  • Proficient in API workflows and SQL, along with web standards like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.

  • Knowledgeable of PDF functionality and applications. Familiar with MacOS, Linux and Windows Operating Systems.

  • Advanced understanding of server deployments such as Intune, Ivanti. SCCM

  • Knowledge in Printer troubleshooting in server environments including RDS/ Citrix

  • 3+ year C++/C# programming experience. Experienced with troubleshooting in C++/C# with Visual Studio. Proficient in Visual programing for Windows.

  • Ability to deliver high level customer service with integrity and professionalism

  • Excellent organizational skills: ability to prioritize, manage, multi-task and execute projects multi-functionally

  • Superior communications skills (presentation, written, and verbal) to effectively interact with all levels of professional staff

  • Ability to explain complex products and features simply

  • Excellent technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills using both browser developer tools and in-house tools

  • Ability to navigate challenging situations in a professional manner

Responsibilities:


  • As a Sr. Technical Support Engineer, you will service as the primary contact for CSVIP customers aiding with customer outstanding issues

  • Assist in covering our larger non enterprise customer base by assisting with the primary queues

  • Successfully support Foxit software products, being an innovative problem solver who is passionate about customer success, troubleshooting and helping others, providing premium service with excellent communication skills

  • Direct responsibility of CSVIP accounts and assigned tickets

  • Deliver exceptional customer experiences to eliminate, prevent, and workaround product roadblocks

  • Document all customer interactions in ticketing system

  • Partner with the Development and Product Management teams to prioritize and track addressing of complex customer issues

  • Create Documentation of product knowledge, internal and customer-facing

  • Collaborate with other Support Representatives covering Foxit solutions
