We are seeking an engaging, customer centric, solution focused subject matter expert with hands on, practical
Building Information Modeling and Information Management
experience to lead the digital delivery of Water Market projects.
As a
Digital Delivery Water Market Lead
for the Americas, you'll undertake a key role in helping our project teams and clients achieve their outcomes.
Using your experience, you'll be responsible for stewarding Information Modeling and Management for one or more of our portfolios within our Water business.
This will include leading a team and resources appropriately to ensure that the team has awareness of work and their priorities.
You will work closely with Digital Delivery project lead(s) to support existing and new projects and pursuits.
You will create a common understanding of the requirements, working towards the bigger picture and communicating this effectively to the Digital Delivery leads within the portfolio(s).
Foster an inclusive environment and collaborative community, celebrating success of individuals through our Human Resource processes.
Transformation:
You'll seek to implement innovative methods of delivery processes including automation and standardization whilst working with your team to actively raise the standard of Digital Delivery across our projects in your portfolio(s), with an ability to coach within and outside of your team.
Delivery Excellence:
You'll be responsible for the delivery excellence of your portfolio(s) with joint accountability alongside Project Managers and Technical Leads in accordance with water standards, industry best practices, and client requirements.
Working closely with our Digital Delivery Global Technology Lead and IT, you'll help us drive standardized software use and consistency across the Water market.

Typical salary range for this position is $125,000 to $195,000 , and is commensurate with experience relative to the position

Here's What You'll Need:
You'll have proven experience in a technical and/or engineering space with a sound understanding of project information management principles and application, you will have:
Experience working in the Water Market and leading teams of designers and BIM professionals
Excellent organizational skills and an ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Experience in implementing various interconnected Electronic Data Management Systems
Hands on knowledge of:
Bentley MicroStation, OpenPlant Modeler, OpenPlant PID, OpenBulidings Designer, OpenRoads Designer, iModel/iTwin/PlantSight, Synchro, and ProjectWise;
Autodesk AutoCAD, Plant 3D, Revit, Navisworks, BIM360/ ACC
Understands project workflows from design, estimation, fabrication, construction documentation, administration, and coordination
General Understanding of general office software (Bluebeam, Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.) and visualization software
Effective leader:
articulate, diplomatic, ethical, collaborative, and dedicated, with ability to motivate established professionals, external partners, and direct reports
Ability to work independently, and to manage multiple tasks and projects under constant deadlines, as well as anticipate, identify, and resolve problems in a timely and positive manner
Ideally, you'll also have:
+ Knowledge of Application Programming Interface (API) and Design, Analysis, and visual programming tools like Dynamo, Grasshopper, VBA, Python, iModel/iTwin.js etc.
Associates or Bachelors' degree in Science, Engineering, Architecture, or Construction Management, or equivalent experience
