Position Summary:

Delivers specific delegated tasks assigned by a supervisor in the Q&A job family. Assists in the preparation and conduct of Quality Assurance (QA) testing of new or modified applications/systems across multiple computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server).



Responsibilities:

Provides help desk support to client and IT technical staff in resolving QA process or procedure questions and required documentation.



Provides advanced professional input to complex Q&A assignments/projects.



Assists in the preparation and conduct of Quality Assurance (QA) testing of new or modified applications/systems across multiple computing environments (e.g., host based, distributed systems, client server).



Participates in the analysis and development of new or revised QA procedures and processes.



Assists in the preparation and conduct of QA reviews and the development of test plans and test scripts.



Provides help desk support to client and IT technical staff in resolving QA process or procedure questions and required documentation.



Participates in the review of QA procedures and processes and the development of QA metrics for assessing the quality delivered application software or systems.



Assists in design and implementation of QA software and systems and the development of effective testing plans through consultation with clients and IT technical staff. Supports and provides direction to more junior professionals.



Works autonomously, only requiring expert level technical support from others.



Exercises judgment in the evaluation, selection, and adaptation of both standard and complex techniques and procedures.



Utilizes in-depth professional knowledge and acumen to develop models and procedures, and monitor trends, within Quality Assurance & Testing.



Qualifications:

Must be a current contractor with Cigna Healthcare, Evernorth Health Services, or one of their subsidiaries.



High School diploma or equivalent required.



Bachelor s degree in Computer science, Computer engineering, information systems or related field.



3 years of post-degree quality assurance experience, with at least 1+ years of experience as a senior team member/leader or related positions.



Azure DEV Ops, Microsoft SQL Server.



If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.



For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 63,100 - 105,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.



This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
