My client is a $3B manufacturer/distributor that is experiencing tremendous growth. In the last 2 years, my client has tripled their revenue and grown their headcount to nearly 3,000! My client is experiencing growth through acquisitions - with nearly 20 companies under their umbrella and plans for more acquisitions to come, my client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to add to their growing team!
In addition to performing budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis for existing business units, my client is looking for a Senior Financial Analyst to be a true business partner to the organization. You will work directly with the Director of FP&A to offer strategic financial insight into business decisions such as product line expansions, M&A ventures, and more as the business continues to grow!

Job Description
- Assist in the preparation of budgets, forecasts, financial planning, and variance analysis of performance of current business units
- Collect, analyze, and consolidate financial data making recommendations to increase financial performance
- Provide financial analysis of sales trends, profitability, key drivers, and operational and financial performance
- Work cross-functionally with Sales, Category Management, Operations, Strategy, etc. to gather information to contribute to financial analysis
- Perform analysis to support strategic decision making for current product lines and business units
- Perform analysis to inform Senior Leaders in business expansion efforts including mergers and acquisitions, product line expansions, etc.
- Present financial status for monthly, quarterly, and annual meeting with Senior Leaders during business unit reviews
- Ad hoc analysis as requested

The Successful Applicant
The successful Senior Financial Analyst candidate will possess the following:
- 2+ years Finance experience
- Bachelors degree in Accounting or Finance
- Experience with budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and various analysis (variance, profitability, etc.)
- Ability to present financial analysis and make financial recommendations to Senior Leadership
- Impeccable attention to detail
- Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and follow through on completion of high-profile projects
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, sorting/filtering, conditional formatting, etc.
