A New York City health services facility is currently seeking an experienced, licensed Registered Nurse (RN) to join their Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) as their new Administrative Nurse Manager.

The Administrative Nurse Manager (RN) will:
- Managing all clinical administrative functions (patient care delivery, fiscal, material and human resources) of nursing unit) within a 24-hour basis
- Supervising the Nursing personnel and providing clinical oversight to other staff on the unit
- Participating in performance improvement/research activities
- Creating an environment in which autonomy is nurtured, encouraged and reflected in a highly competent workforce capable of providing quality care
- Performing other duties, as needed
- 2+ years of experience working within a Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU)
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Current NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Level 4 NICU experience
- Knowledge of Federal and State regulations
- Solid assessment, clinical, and documentation skills
- Patient oriented
- Great interpersonal skills
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Strong attention to detail
- Highly organized
- Master's Degree in Nursing and/or a Health-related field
