Roles & Responsibilities:
- Oversee an ambulatory care practice with specialties in Primary Care, Internal Medicine, Gastroenterology, Nephrology, Infectious Diseases, and others throughout 4 practices.
- Oversee up to 30 employees made up of NPs, RNs, and Technicians.
- Performance improvement, quality improvement.
- Other duties/projects as necessary
Requirements:
- Bachelor Science in Nursing - BSN Required (MSN preferred)
- NYS RN License
- Nursing leadership experience
