Management Trainee

The essence of the Management Trainee position is to qualify prospects, conduct product presentations and generate sales for a market-leading telecommunications and internet provider. The Management Trainee will also concentrate on furthering the best practices in the areas of sales, lead generation, operations, and other crucial business functions.

We are seeking a Management Trainee to provide sales support by creating and implementing strategic sales and customer acquisition campaigns for our clients. The Management Trainee will be involved in customer interactions, researching new sales leads, generating leads, and developing strategic ways to create long-lasting customer loyalty. A competent Management Trainee will utilize their customer-centric initiatives to result in increased performance.

Responsibilities for our Management Trainee:

• Develop best practices surrounding the use of marketing systems to drive team sales objectives


• Work with all divisional departments to ensure a seamless line of communication in regard to business strategies on requested management


• Collaborate with the sales team to create new promotional campaigns for our varied client portfolio efforts surrounding the redesign of products to benefit teams


• Maintain customer satisfaction through developmental sales strategies and top-tier customer service


• Participate in classroom training sessions, product knowledge seminars, and virtual web seminars


• Educating consumers on services, promotions, and upsell products as needed


• Further our client’s reputation by using top-notch customer service and sales skills

Qualifications for our Management Trainee:

• Business development, leadership, sales, client relations or customer service experience


• Strong aspiration to continuously learn and further one’s professional skills


• Outstanding customer service and communication skills


• Ability to problem-solve and handle multiple tasks, with great time management and organizational skills


• Confident and comfortable speaking in front of both small and large groups


• Capacity to work in a fast-paced, challenging marketing and sales environment


• Basic understanding of marketing and sales processes


• An outstanding track record of developing and maintaining strong, positive working relationships

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year

Compensation package:
