Salary: $65,000 - $70,000 Base Commission Bonus (1st Year OTE $100,000-$160,000 )

[REMOTE] Business Development Executive (Agency exp. req.) Description

Our client in the creative design, branding, and marketing industry is looking for a Business Development Executive to add to their growing team. You will be responsible for hunting and securing new business accounts and nurturing long-term, meaningful relationships with clients. Ideal candidates will have a strong hunter mentality, some agency sales experience, and familiarity with the creative services sales process. This is an exciting opportunity to spearhead growth at an entrepreneurial studio dedicated to producing sophisticated brand identities, websites, and marketing campaigns for clients in a variety of industries. While this position is fully remote, candidates residing in the Eastern time zone are strongly preferred.

[REMOTE] Business Development Executive (Agency exp. req.) Responsibilities

  • Hunt for new business
  • Generate and follow up on leads
  • Develop new referral partners
  • Set appointments with prospects
  • Build and present pitch decks
  • Propose new strategies for attracting and recruiting clients
  • Maintain consistent CRM pipeline notes and document outreach
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients
  • Close consistently on new business opportunities
  • Nurture long-term and meaningful relationships with clients
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams

  • 6 years of services sales or business development experience required
  • Hunter mentality required
  • Agency experience required
  • Familiarity with the creative services sales process required
  • Pitch deck building and proposal experience a must
