Current Need
We are seeking a Data Management/Data Conversion /Implementations Analyst to join our team.
Position Description
The Data Management Analyst 3 is responsible for the conversion of the data from MPS competitor systems into the MPS EnterpriseRX Pharmacy Management System.
Key Responsibilities
Responsibilities and duties include but are not limited to:
Use T-SQL to manipulate data in an Oracle database to correct errors or make adjustment to incoming data
Use T-SQL to create ad hoc reports of converted data
Provide project oversite for the data conversion
Report project status to the Project Manager of the Implementation
Work directly with our customers to ensure all their requirements are being addressed
Work directly with our customers to perform data validation between the customer’s legacy system and EnterpriseRx
Work directly with the R&D staff to address issues with our conversion tool set
Review raw data file for errors and inconsistencies
Work with team members to resolve complex issues
Other Duties
Lead internal meetings
Support offshore staff during off hours
Support the extraction of data from the EnterpriseRx system
Work with customers to explain data extraction process and formats
Minimum Requirements
4+ years of experience in data manipulation
Additional knowledge & skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Ability to quickly learn new systems
Working knowledge of TOAD and Oracle database
Analytical skills
Ability to speak to all levels (communicate with a customer and R&D technical lead)
Ability to frame issues, identify problems, and assertively seek solutions
Leadership and interpersonal skills
Problem solving/root cause analysis
Organizational planning skills
Education
4-year degree in related field or equivalent experience

This is a full-time, salaried position with an expected salary range of $87,900.00 - $146,500.00 Annually.
