Data Entry/Personal Assistant-CSR (Remote 100%)
It is a good Quality Company that is looking for a Data Entry/Personal Assistant-CSR (Remote 100%) to join their team in a part-time, remote capacity. This individual will be working 12-15 hours per week, helping resolve any issues that customers may experience and help navigate the solutions.
They are looking for candidates with eCommerce customer service in their background. Shopify experience is a huge plus as well.
Excellent computer skills, data entry.
Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
Data entry in various platforms
At least 1 – 2 years’ of relevant work experience
Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work
