Handle low to moderate complexity property claims with supervision and guidance from the manager. Research and determine coverage, conduct thorough investigations, and evaluate damages. Negotiate settlements with insureds. Responsibilities also include active file management, ensuring proper reserving, and participation in training activities. Consistently exhibit a high level of customer service and adherence to department audit guidelines. Participate in projects and initiatives as needed.
