As a financial services representative, you’ll engage with clients to:
o    Solve problems by asking questions about their account
o    Provide information to assist them with important financial choices
o    Share your knowledge of our investment products and services
o    Help navigate and discuss their investment options
o    Guide them through online account functions


We measure success by the quality of client interaction and the accuracy of transactions. That’s why this role focuses on delivering exceptional client service.

Skills Required:

  • The ability and desire to build financial acumen and be able to conversate with customers regarding investments, market conditions, and retirement industry regulations
  • Utilize a multitude of systems and resources to provide the most accurate information to customers
  • Proficiency and aptitude for using complex technology
  • The ability to receive direct feedback and implement to improve performance
  • The ability to tenaciously solve problems with tact, efficiency, and follow through to identify opportunities to improve operational process and procedures
  • Actively listen to understand the underlying needs of a customer’s request
  • Take ownership of customer requests by navigating through the nuances of their situations
  • Connect people with solutions that help them reach their financial goals through a consultative conversation via the phone
  • Understand the suite of products and services available across multiple channels (digital, face to face, high net worth, etc.) and position appropriate solutions based upon the customer’s need
  • The ability to exercise scrutiny when confronted with conflicting information
  • The desire to explore a broad array of opportunities across our organization which you can explore after fulfilling the tenure requirements of your role
