Summary:
Support moderately complex administrative tasks. Assist in routine payroll processing, record keeping, and reports preparation. Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet required service needs. Perform moderately complex administrative, transactional, operational, and customer support tasks. Receive direction from supervisors regarding routine administrative process. Provide support in areas of reporting and handling general ledger or expense accounts of a particular business line. Interact with other Administrative Assistants, internal partners, external customers, and experienced level leaders across the organization.
Responsibilities:
This position will be primarily focused on recruiting efforts within the line of business.
Scheduling interviews and ensuring that feedback is entered.
Coordinating efforts between group’s recruiter and our leadership teams (making sure interviews occur and they have what they need).
Assisting with entitlements as well as onboarding/ offboarding activities.
Qualifications:
Staffing/hiring experience. (preferred)
Administrative experience. (preferred)
Microsoft Outlook experience.
Calendar management experience.
Microsoft Excel experience.
Microsoft Word experience.
OneNote experience.
Confluence experience.
Ability to stay highly organized.
Ability to work with multiple managers.
